How Do I Contact Roadside Assistance?
We make contacting Roadside Assistance as convenient as can be. It’s available 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Simply call our customer service team and we’ll get you the help you need.
When you call, make sure you have the following information available:
- Name of the vehicle owner
- Where you are located
- A brief description of the problem
- Type of vehicle
- Mileage
- VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
- License plate number
What Happens Next?
Once you contact Roadside Assistance, our towing service will transport your vehicle to the nearest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or RAM auto service center. If you opt to choose another dealership, additional fees may apply.
What Does Roadside Assistance Cover?
Our 24-hour towing assistance covers towing to the nearest FCA dealer or a jumpstart for your vehicle. It lasts for the duration of your basic manufacturer’s warranty period, which typically lasts three years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first). You may also have additional coverage on a warrantable component if you have a longer warranty or extended service contract.
