As an auto brand, we have a lot of concerns when it comes to making sure our customers are happy with us. We want them to feel safe and comfortable while they drive, and we want to make sure that they see the value in every purchase.

But knowing that customer perception of our brand is growing certainly helps. BrandIndex by YouGov has reported that Chrysler's consumer perception is improving as customer's engage with our new marketing campaign and evaluate our media coverage positively. But that's not all. Our brand perception is picking up thanks to rising sales as well.

The YouGov index incorporates consumer responses to questions about their awareness of news related to Chrysler. The company then compiles a buzz score based on the difference between respondents who report hearing positive and negative information about the brand. Chrysler's most recent buzz score came out at 17, which represents its highest mark since restructuring in 2009.

So what has contributed to our score? Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge is proud to report that the Chrysler brand released 16 new or redesigned vehicles in 18 months, bringing sales up 26.3 percent in 2011, which is more than double the average growth in the industry.

While sales of vehicles like the Dodge Ram 1500 to Skokie drivers matter to our business, we know that reaching customers goes far beyond sales numbers. Unfortunately we don't usually have the opportunity to hear from each one of our customers, but we appreciate learning about consumer metrics like buzz score and perception, and we know this information will be crucial in every step we make forward.

Now we're ready to hear from you! Come in today and tell us what you think of your Chrysler vehicle, or the Chrysler you hope to buy.
