What an amazing experience! If you are considering
a Jeep - don't go anywhere else! Every person from the sales staff, to
the folks who served me my favorite Homer's ice cream were kind, patient and
simply a pleasure to work with. If you want to work with the best, ask
for Sean! He worked tirelessly to get me exactly what I wanted, and in
the end - I drove away with my dream Jeep!

I was in the market for a new car and being a young
female I was skeptical of being taken advantage of by a car salesman looking to
make a quick buck but fields proved this stereotype so wrong.
I first looked around their huge lot to see what I liked and found an awesome
red charger that I was interested in.
When I was walking inside I was approached by Shawn Friedman one of the sales
consultants who asked me if I needed help. Shawn was absolutely amazing and
helped me every step of the way in purchasing my car. He told me about every
option I had and made it very clear he was there to help me purchase a car not
to sell me one. Sal also helped me with the financing of my car and was also
amazing and extremely helpful.
Not only is the customer service amazing but the facility itself is ridiculous.
They have popcorn, coffee, ice cream just to mention a few things they offer
while you're waiting. It's unlike any other car dealership I've ever been to.
I would recommend Fields and especially Shawn to anyone thinking of getting a
new car. He made my experience of buying my car flawless and memorable. I will
def be a lifetime customer!

Needed a new car and started poking around online. The
follow up was fantastic and never pressured. I even stopped by one night to
just spend 5 minutes looking and Dennis helped me and answered what I needed
and I left without feeling bad or pressured.
So when I went yesterday to buy my new jeep, I still wasn't sure which I wanted.
Dennis gave me objective answers and asked great questions I hadn't considered,
and it got me to where I knew what I wanted. Then he looked up every car,
discussed with me all options, ways to save, benefits of things or if they
don't really matter...... He was great. Fields is great. Next time I need a new
car or any service it isn't even a question where I'll go!

The car buying process is terrible. I don't care what
anyone says... Its the worst. We went to several places and looked at a ton of
cars. I was done. I was about to give up. Then I walked into Fields. This place
is elite. When I walked in I was warmly greeted. I didn't feel like fresh meat
like at other dealership. I was free to roam around without being bothered. Several
people asked me if I needed anything but they weren't pushy. We found the
Durango we wanted and then Sean showed up. His no haggle and honest approach
was exactly what we were looking for after being attacked at other places.
Sean's customer service is top notch. He didn't seem fake like other car
salesmen. He treated us like friends and he worked for us, didn't just push
paperwork. After we bought our new Durango the dealership was about to close,
yet, he still took the time to go over all the features with us. He even told
us to come back at anytime If we had more questions. It wasn't just,
"here's your car, now leave". If you are looking for a car at Fields
ask for Sean. If he's not there, ask for his card and then shoot him an email.
He's really your guy.. And that's that.

I was thinking of buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee to
replace my 4 year old grand Cherokee. I went in and dealt with Sam Mauro, it
was a real pleasure working with him. No pressure, very professional, and very
thorough. He was great. I decided on a car and put down a deposit. That night I
thought about it and decided I wanted a few more options. I called in the
morning and Sam was not yet in. I asked for the sales manager Ron Allen who Sam
had introduced me to. Ron got me the exact car, with the exact options and
color I wanted. When I went in in the afternoon the deal was all set with the
new car. It went very smoothly. This was the 6th or 7th car I have bought
at fields and probably the best experience of them all. Fields has always been
a pleasure to work with. I would be remiss if I didn't mention one of the main
reasons I buy my cars at Fields, it is their great service department run by
Doug Morris. Doug has been servicing my cars going back to fields bmw on Green
Bay road in winnetka. Doug runs a great service department. The service writers
are always respectful and courteous and the cars are taken care of properly.
All in all Fields is a great place to buy and service you cars. Highly

with Lou Cipperoni to look at the different trim levels and determine what
would be the best fit for us functionally and financially. Lou was easy
to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend asking for Lou
next time you visit the Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Glenview.

husband & I am from California & we found the jeep we were looking for
in Illinois @ Fields Auto. Yes, I said Illinois!! :) Although the
car was far away we decided to give them a call. We had the pleasure of
working with Dennis Glauner who was extremely helpful & made the process
quick & painless. We were picked up at the airport in an orange jeep
(so we couldn't miss them) & were driven to the dealership where we were
treated with kindness & great hospitality. We were pre-approved so
the paperwork time was minimal even with the California transfer hurdle.

dear.... Well that's not the case at Fields Auto.
This past weekend we purchased our new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Fields Auto. Let
me tell you it was the best buying experience one can have. On our way to the
dealership we were called by our sales person Jay Sachs. We arrived for our
appointment and he had the car we had in mind ready. Everything went smoothly
from the test drive to contract signing. No pressure, no funny business.
Just pure pleasure working with Jay. He took care of everything and made
us feel like we were family not just another customer. Also our finance guy did
an amazing job getting us great financing terms. While we were waiting for our
car to be ready they even check our old Jeep for recall and had that fix.
I cannot not say enough good things about Fields Auto. It's simple if you are
looking to buy a Jeep go and see JAY SACHS! He's the best!
Friedman is the bomb. The
dealership is beautiful and very well kept. I got a great deal and Shawn was
very knowledgeable. I am so happy with my Jeep Grand Cherokee

Mauro on the Jeep side is great! No pressure, honest sales guy that knows
his product. Fair, easy to work with and worth waiting for if he is busy with

my business and have never had a more pleasurable experience. He knows
his products and is very patient. He also tends to check in with you

For me, a trip to the auto dealership usually falls somewhere between a
hospital visit to see a dying relative and running the smarmy salesmen gauntlet
at an Art Van Furniture store.
Either way, you need a shower afterwards and the smell of antiseptic and
bedpans is far easier to erase than the stench of bad sales tactics.
All kidding aside, Jay is a pro!
From my initial fact-finding visit to learn everything about the Grand Cherokee
product line, to my overnight test drive on through to running numbers and
ultimately executing a lease, I felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever and no
twinge of regret or shame afterwards.
